Now that the summer reading season is in full swing, we’re grateful for our stable of brilliant writers and poets who keep us focused and entertained. First up this month is our cherished Art Blue, who has regaled us over the years with his take on computers, AI, and quirky futuristic excursions.  Mr. Blue is in fine form with The Art of Blablabla, wherein he takes up the case of the notorious Blablabla1234565. Klannex Northmead takes us on a journey through his mind in Playing I Spy, comparing the colors of photons and water. From the compilation of prose, poetry and audio/visual materials by the same name (found on his website), Chris Mooney-Singh enlightens us with tales of rituals and prosperity in Love Knot Tantra. With Metamorphosis, Jullianna Juliesse contributes a dark poem harkening back to Franz Kafka’s classic novel. Zati Kodaly’s descriptive style is at its peak with No Paintings I Can’t Judge weighing the departures and arrivals in our lives. With Survival, Cat Boccaccio goes long this month, stretching her usual micro-fiction all the way to an engaging and haunting short-short story. Extinction Global2 is next from the pen of Art Blue. Who will be the last species to inhabit an unraveling world? Finally, RoseDrop Rust takes on the far-right extremists in Domestic Terrorist in Court, and if you know Rusty very well, it doesn’t go well for them.  Pull up a chair under a nice shade tree and get on with your summer reading.  More to come next month.
